Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas

I liked the personalized service that we received from the moment we entered the property the service was great. We were also upgraded to a room with a sea view and that took the experience to another level. The pool was amazing, the spa and jacuzzi were great and the beach was awesome. Thank you, Park Hyatt for the attention to detail it's greatly appreciated.

Beach, breakfast, room - everything was fantastic! Always happy to come back

The room was big, the wi-fi was strong, stable and everywhere, even on the beach, the breakfasts were exceptionally good and diverse, the beach was clean, spare towels were clean and laying everywhere, the food in the restaurants was tasty, the staff was super friendly, the TV had Netflix and HDMI and worked with my Macbook, there was a bathtub in the room, the city was rather close (though it is almost nothing to do there), so it is a good place to spend a week reading, swimming, lying on the beach, watching movies and doing generally nothing.

Welcoming staff, everywhere, relaxing atmosphere. Check in efficient, smooth process & receptionists on both visits have been fabulous. Willingness to assist the guest, great hospitality. We were upgraded, which was wonderful surprise, not expected, so thank you, much appreciated. As we going to brunch, we arrived early, to drop our bags, it was no problem, our luggage was ready in our room when we returned from brunch. This means no vacay time wasted, just more time to enjoy our short trip. Cleanliness was upto a good standard , which is super important and immediately facilitates the ability to relax and enjoy the stay. Cleanliness & comfort makes a hotel a high priority for a return visit, as such, this is why we came back for an impromptu quick visit. This time we had a suite at the end of one wing, it was just a few minutes walk, but, we did not find this an issue, we enjoyed quiet surroundings for that extra minute's walk. The suite was spacious, without losing the cosy ambience. With 2 balconies, we were spoilt for choice to view the sunset! The baklava, welcome card, complimentary wine & fruit bowl were a nice touch, thank you. The lovely beach is well staffed and has plenty of sun loungers. The heat of the sand is more forgiving compared to early September, we managed to walk to the sea without flip flops this time! The Maté restaurant always takes care of guest's food intolerances, which means restricted diners can enjoy their meal without worry. We will have to return for another dinner! As we were well fed at brunch, we could only manage a small meal from the in room dining menu later in the evening, it was delivered in 20 minutes. There are good options on the in room dining menu. The tvs are connectable to devices, in a straight forward manner, no spending 30 minutes shouting at a screen for a lack of cooperation in getting connected! The tvs are also placed correctly for viewing, from the bed, or, the sofa.
