Our request for a room on the upper levels was graciously accommodated, offering us a breathtaking view of the beautiful Saadiyat beach. Special mention must go to Madhu from housekeeping; his attention to detail and warm professionalism made our stay comfortable and truly memorable. From the fine dining options to the relaxing spa, every amenity was top-notch. The hotel seamlessly blends traditional elegance with modern comforts, making for a stay we won't soon forget.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, ensuring a memorable dining experience. The beach at the Park Hyatt was a true highlight. The pristine sandy shores and crystal-clear waters created a picturesque paradise. We spent hours basking in the sun, taking refreshing dips, and unwinding in this blissful setting. We decided to spend our Honeymoon for 1 week at the Park Hyatt Hotel. This has been the best decision we could have made. The staff (EVERYONE, receptionists, waiters, lifeguards, etc ) has been the nicest I could have ever experienced in a hotel. Always ready to help, always patient with every concern or need you have. Very professional and kind. We have booked a decoration package for our room and it exceeded our expetations. I have seen some negative reviews about the pricing about restaurant Maté, and I have to say that the price-performance ratio is absolutely accurate. I have never eaten such a good Wagyu or Blanck Angus meat, despite the service which is excellent.Thanks to the whole stuff, and especially Eldar (I surely have written it wrong) everydays dinner and Aperitivo at the restaurant has been a wonderful experience for us. Thank you very very much. If you are looking for a quiet spot at Abu Dhabi with an outstanding service, excellent food and relaxing time, you need to come to this hotel. We also enjoyed the Spa in the hotel and booked a relaxing massage. Trust me, my husband is an osteopath and he has never ever had such a good treatment. A big thank you to the Spa-Team for this beautiful massage. At least I wanted to thank a lot the lifeguards and the waiters outside at the pool who despite the great heat and humidity, always had a smile on their face and have always been very polite and kind. Excellent staff. Always friendly Good food, clean pools, toilets etc.. Nice garden en easy beach access.
